Returns Policy

PlayingCards.co.uk offer a no hassle 21 day returns policy, so you can order with confidence happy that if you are not entirely satisfied with your order then you have a few weeks to return it for a replacement or a refund.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 21 days from date of delivery a refund. Within the 7 Day 'Cooling Off' period after you have received the goods we can issue a full refund if you no longer want the items for any reason. Goods should be returned in their original condition via an insured method. We will issue your refund within 30 days though we aim to do so as quickly as possible. Prior to returning any products, please notify us.

If you want to return an order out-with this period but within the 21 days the process is the same just let us know they are on the way back. We will issue you with a refund for the goods less shipping when they arrive back with us. If you do not return the goods to us within 21 days from the date of delivery then your right to cancel may be revoked.

Where goods are refunded, the original postage costs for those orders will only be refunded for those sent originally by standard 1st class and 1st class recorded post. Postage costs will not be refunded for special next day delivery and Saturday guaranteed post.

Personalised items cant not be cancelled after they have been engraved. We will not accept returns on engraved items. Please ensure that the text entered online is correct before completing your order. However please contact us if there is a discrepancy between the text entered and that engraved. We will position and size the engraving as we see fit, if you have any specific requests please let us know when ordering.

When contacting us about your product please have your name, email address and order number available, this will allow us to find your order and deal with your request more efficiently.
