The following Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use apply to all transactions on the Website or via email or phone with any customer representatives of the Website as well as any other use of the Website or any use of the Website's Content. The use of the Website and any Orders made via this site indicate that You accept these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding beyond the homepage you accept the Terms and Conditions and Terms of Use of the Website.

General

These Terms and Conditions do not affect Your statutory rights. To Order Goods through Our Website or over the phone you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each Order for Goods as an offer by You to purchase the Goods subject to these terms and conditions.

Description of Goods & Accuracy of Product Information

All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on the Website and adverts are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the Goods. Weights given on the site are approximate as many items are handmade and not mass produced. If you want us to check an item for you before placing an Order please contact Us. It is Our aim that all information on the Website and adverts should be accurate and uptodate.

Payment and Price

The total price payable for the Goods will be stipulated at the time when You place Your Order whether or not the Order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments if there is an error or omission in the price published for the Goods whether or not the Order has been confirmed. We will inform You of the correct price and give You the opportunity to cancel the Order. All prices on the Website include VAT for UK customers. Unless explicitly stated prices are exclusive of delivery charges. All delivery charges will be shown when You confirm Your Order. Any offers made by email, post or phone to supply Goods is not binding until a dated final invoice has been issued by PDF, Fax or Mail. All products, prices and advertisements on the Website are invitations to treat and do not constitute offers capable of acceptance. When You pay for an item which You have put in Your shopping cart this is treated as an offer capable of acceptance by Us. This does not affect any customers' statutory rights to cancel an Order.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa debit, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Maestro through Sagepay and Paypal. When placing an Order, You must provide Us with an exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number Your credit or debit card bank has on file for You. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing Your Order. Your Order will only be processed once authorisation of Your credit or debit card has been properly received.

If Your transaction is declined because of an incorrect billing address, incorrect CCV authorisation, or an address verification error then a shadow for the transaction ( pre-authorisation ) will appear on Your account for each payment attempted. This may remain on Your card for a number of days but the exact period depends on the issuing bank of the card. Some transactions will go through a further level of fraud prevention, and We may need to contact You on Your given telephone number. If You give an incorrect number it may result in Your transaction being cancelled. You may also pay by cheque or postal Order although We cannot dispatch the Goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 6 working days. You can also pay by Bank Deposit, Bank Transfer; Sterling denominated Postal and Money Orders. We aim to process these transactions the day the payment clears.
